The program is an intensive training with a strong practical focus, which we design according to your individual needs in terms of content and timing.
In the first step, we collaboratively define the key points of your leadership philosophy and principles in a workshop, to use them as a framework for program development.
In the second step, we work together to identify the program requirements and derive learning objectives and target-group-specific content. At the core is our module library with more than 40 flexibly combinable modules on diverse leadership topics. Based on your requirements, we develop an individualized training program efficiently, covering all relevant leadership areas. If needed, we can extend the program with special new modules, which we integrate flexibly.
We regularly reflect on your leadership philosophy, principles, and the conveyed leadership content and tools throughout the program to ensure rapid implementation in leadership practice. The development program can also be conducted according to our Blended Learning approach: We combine practical exchange with experts in learning sessions with independent learning and joint exercises.
