The program follows our innovative blended learning approach, combining independent learning, joint exercises, and practical exchanges with experts. This ensures a deep integration into everyday professional life. We tailor the program content and schedule individually to meet your needs.
In the first step, we work with you to set the framework for program development and jointly define the program requirements, learning objectives, and target-specific content. Based on this, we develop a customized development program.
After a joint kick-off and assessment, each learner embarks on an individual learning journey, which they can tailor to their own needs. For each skill, participants will also come together for joint group exercises that promote practical application. We further support this with monthly transfer sessions that help integrate what has been learned into practice.
During the program, there are opportunities to come together in person to reflect on progress and apply the newly acquired skills in real projects.
