At Brainbirds, Andy supports international clients in strategic, organizational and cultural change processes. As a trainer, consultant and coach, he always looks at transformation holistically in order to find individual solutions for different organizational cultures. Andy loves to inspire people and get them excited about change. With his creative energy, he quickly builds emotional connections, surprises with new perspectives and transforms passion into results. He always keeps an eye on the strategic and cultural implications. As a keynote speaker, storytelling is not only a matter close to Andy's heart, but an important key qualification for the working world of tomorrow.
Andy has more than 20 years of experience - as an entrepreneur, manager and executive in various business areas such as strategy, business development, product management, marketing and sales. As a senior executive in the Allianz Group, he actively drove the transformation of the market leader and experienced the complexity and challenges in the hybrid working environment first hand. His industry expertise in the financial services industry and in the areas of marketing, media and communication is correspondingly great. Due to his many years of management experience in various roles and management functions, he knows where the problems often arise in everyday management.
He completed his university education in 2003 in Würzburg with a degree in business administration, specializing in media and information management. Before that, he completed an apprenticeship as a commercial specialist and worked as a DJ at the same time.
He likes to spend his free time in South Tyrol, on the Mediterranean Sea and doing sports.
