The seminar

Project Initiation. Planning. Risk Steering. Two days that put project work on a solid foundation.

Many projects fail not because of missing ideas but because of missing structure. Starting without foundations means losing time, overview and team trust.

The Classical Project Management Foundations Seminar by Brainbirds gives project managers and team members without prior knowledge the craft they need: initiate projects in a structured way, build realistic plans, identify risks early and involve stakeholders effectively. No prior knowledge required.

The Classical Project Management Foundations Seminar is available as an open seminar in Munich (Maxvorstadt) and Live-Online. Organisations can book the format as an in-house event: flexible scheduling, adapted to their own team structure.
