Yes. All open seminars are equally available to individuals and teams. Booking is done directly via the seminar page, with payment by invoice.
How up to date are Brainbirds' AI topics?
AI moves fast. That's why Brainbirds keeps its content continuously up to date. But what matters more than currency is relevance: participants leave with concrete tools and fresh inspiration they can put to use the very next morning.
Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before the event starts. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, e.g. by email.
How long do the open seminars last?
Most open seminars last 1 to 2 days, each running from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Agile Coach Programme and the AI Coach Training are multi-day programmes that extend over 5 to 6 months.
What formats are available?
Open seminars take place in Munich and live online. Live online is accessible from anywhere in the world. In-house programmes are delivered by Brainbirds directly to companies across Europe, in person or live online.
What happens if I can't attend due to illness?
Get well soon! Upon submission of a medical certificate, a new date for the same topic can be arranged at any time, at no additional cost.
Do participants in open seminars receive a certificate?
Yes, all participants receive a personal Brainbirds certificate upon completion. It states the seminar title, the date and the modules completed.
What are BrainBites?
BrainBites are 90-minute live online sessions on topics from leadership, future work and AI. Every 6 weeks there's a free open session for anyone interested. For companies, BrainBites can also be booked as an in-house format, drawn directly from the module library.
Is there a free way to get to know Brainbirds?
Yes, every 6 weeks there's a free BrainBite: 90 minutes, live online, on a current topic from leadership, future work or AI. Just sign up and take a look.
Is there a right of withdrawal after booking an open seminar?
Yes, after booking there is a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing by email. The right of withdrawal expires after completion of the first day of the event.
