Experience
After studying with Mercedes-Benz Group AG in Stuttgart, Singapore and Santiago de Compostela, Malte gained more than 15 years of experience in international strategy and management consulting. He has been Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisation since 2016. At Brainbirds, Malte supports international corporations and mid-sized companies on questions of AI-powered leadership and organisational development. Malte's research focuses on the digitalisation of work, remote collaboration and new ways of working.

Has travelled to 140 countries and leaves the remaining 56 to others, as he now explores the world on foot with his three children. Always in the here and now thanks to daily meditation.
