Katja brings more than 11 years of corporate experience in Finance, Project Management, SCM, Procurement and Organisational Development, including several years with leadership and project responsibility. At Danone, Katja led the Agile Transformation for the DACH region and worked as an internally certified coach. She knows the dynamics of change, resistance and team development from her own experience within an organisation.
